CHAIRMAN'S TRIAL RESULTS

Thanks to the setting out team Tony Errey, Steve Baldock, Alan and Oscar Peach.  The unusually dry conditions made many of the sections a bit easy, but they still took marks. Worse section was No 6 with the little root riddled gully still holding water, which made the banks very slippery to negotiate, with a root step at the end to complete the riders' misery as they tried to ride their bikes out.  A good turnout of 33 riders, some familiar faces in the 'youthful' category, back out after many missed months, and a couple of completely new ones. Thanks to all those who helped to clear up and sort the flags ready for the next trial. Also to Tony Errey who also observed a section.  If there are any queries re the results please let me know so I can investigate. Hope to see you at our February trial, watch Facebook for details when venue confirmed.  Our AGM is on Tuesday 5 March, 7.30/8.00pm the British Queen pub at triangle in Willingdon, Eastbourne, if you want any changes in how the club operates, please attend or send your views to the club.  Gloria
